New Beauty Haul - Sephora, Ulta, & More!!

Happy Monday, beauties!!

What better way to end this lovely day than to share my new makeup haul with you all!

I've been buying all kinds of new products within the past two weeks, all things I haven't tried before, so I thought I'd share what I purchased and give some first impressions.

In the "How Much?" section at the end of this post, I'll share links & prices for you to snag these for your own!
Let's dive right in! 😉

Last week, I wrote a whole post about the Jeffree Star x Manny MUA collab. Two of those products are featured above. I won't dive into those, since they've already been chatted about, so please click here if you'd like to read my thoughts on those two products! (Hint, I think very great things of them!) http://beautybybracco.blogspot.com/2017/05/jeffree-star-cosmetics-x-manny-mua.html

Let's first chat about the Laura Geller Diamond Dust Baked Gelato Illuminator!

I happened to turn on QVC one day, and the host had mentioned that the highly anticipated Diamond Dust was back in stock, and I wasted not a moment in quickly snagging it up!

Laura Geller is famous for her Baked Gelato Swirls, and after receiving mine, I can see why!

This diamond dust highlight is so incredibly unique! The product feels like a creme when applied, but it is a powder. It looks like an icy white highlight, but when you apply it, there is a gorgeous pink, holographic undertone to it. You can spot a touch of the pink in the photo above.

I love wearing this shade! It's so different, so fun! If you're looking for something really different, something that you're sure to get a lot of questions and compliments about, try this!

QVC is currently selling this at a featured price, that comes with a free brush! To be honest, I feel like the brush doesn't necessarily pick up the product well, but I still think it calls for a great deal for the price (listed below). I'll give the brush another try before I totally write it off, but so far I can't get it to pick up product how I'd like.

Let's chat about the new Benefit Cosmetics GALifornia blush next!

I was really excited to try this blush after seeing it in the store. Photos that I've seen online of this blush do not do it justice to how beautiful it looks in person!

It's an incredibly pigmented pinky/peach blush with a gorgeous, gold shimmer on top (the sun portion of the pan above). Also, can we talk about how cute Benefit's packaging always is? I love it so much! This a really stunning shade, perfect for all skin-tone's!

I'm curious about whether or not the gold portion of the blush is present as you get deeper into the product and closer to pan, or if it'll wear off after being used a few times. I'll have to give an update on that as it's used more. Regardless, so far, I'm really loving this!

Next, we have the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in the shade Bacca!

I realized while walking through Ulta, that I've never purchased any Stila products. I feel like people don't really talk about Stila too often, so I decided to walk over to their display and do some browsing.

Since I've been really into the liquid lipstick trend lately, I settled upon purchasing one of the gorgeous Stay All Day liquid lipsticks in the shade Bacca. Stila has some really beautiful shades in this liquid lip collection (you can browse them via the link I provide at the end of the post).

The pigmentation is really nice, and the doe-foot applicator helps the product apply really smoothly and evenly. The formula is a little drying, but I think if you apply some lip balm beforehand, you should be alright!

So far, I'm really pleased with my first Stila purchase, and I will definitely be making an effort to browse their products much more! Maybe I can do a post with a full-face Stila tutorial? Hmmm!

Let's cut to hair care for a moment with the It's a 10 Hair Mask & Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin!

Hair care is something that I don't talk about too often on my page, but will be incorporating more, as it's something that's grown more and more important to me lately!

I have a really bad habit of going long periods of time without getting my hair trimmed. I'm one of those people that hates to trim it and make it shorter (especially as I'm growing it out currently), but this just causes me to get split ends, stops the hair from growing faster, and gives me dead ends. Make it stop!!!!

As I try to get better with my haircut game, I've also been trying to preserve my hair as best I can in the interim.

As someone who is constantly using heat styling tools, I've been really into anything that can keep my hair safe from the heat, strong, and shiny. So, I picked up these two products from the popular It's a 10 brand and so far, I've been loving them!

Benefits of the It's a 10 Hair Mask
Conditioning treatment for color treated, heat process, and processed hair. Made to enhance softness & smoothness. Deep-treatment conditioner, can be use daily.

Benefits of the It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin
Restorative treatment. Make hair stronger, improve luster, replace protien & shine. Protects against heat, restores hydration, defrizzes, detangles, seals cuticles.

Next up, the Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer!

I was DYING to try this concealer for the longest time. It's been such a buzz in the beauty community, and I can't believe it took this long to get my hands on it.

The Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer has been my ride or die for the last year or so, but now, I think it's a toss up between UD & Shape Tape!

It refines the look of fine lines and pores, covers redness, blemishes, dark spots, dark circles... ANYTHING. It's a creamy, hydrating texture, full of benefits & nutrients!

This concealer is amazing. No creasing, no cracking, all coverage! It's a thicker concealer. Thicker than I expected, so make sure not to pack on too much initially. A little goes a long way with this! It's really great for under-eye, or spot concealing any pesky spots! I'm really loving it, and highly, highly recommend.

Let's chat about the Sephora Collection Contour Blush Palette next, shall we?!

While browsing around on Sephora.com during their Spring VIB sale, I stumbled upon this palette from the Sephora collection, and it just spoke to me. I usually don't buy anything from the Sephora collection, but I've been really into blushes/contours/highlights lately, and for the price... I had to give it a try!

The deal on this palette is great. The blushes in this palette are all warm, darker blushes, but I'm as pale as a ghost, and they all work well with my skin tone, so all skin tones rest assured!

It's a lovely mix of mattes, satin's, and shimmers. Six really unique blush shades with beautiful pigmentation. Check out the price below... you won't be believe. First impression, really impressed.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara, you're up!

Let's start by saying the packaging for this mascara is super cute. I love the water drops on the tube. Very creative & clever!

I had been having some trouble with my eyes (allergies, I hate you), and they kept watering and burning throughout the days, causing all of my mascara to come off. When you're sitting at your desk at work with raccoon eyes, people will stare. So, I thought I'd invest in a waterproof mascara... since I did not previously own one.

Taking advantage of the Sephora VIB Spring sale once again, I picked up this mascara from Too Faced. If you're familiar with the original Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara, then you know if you'll love this mascara or not. I do like it, except, it's super hard to take off. Of course, it's waterproof... but still. Even with a cream makeup remover, it will not budge without taking some of your own lashes with it. That... I do not like. I shall continue to use it, however, and give it a try!

Finally, we have the Anastasia Beverly Hills #23 Brush!

I had heard about this brush through Jeffree Star, who said it was his favorite brush to apply highlighter with, so I thought I'd give it a try. So far, I'm really loving it!

It's a large, round brush with really soft, natural tapered bristles. It really picks up the product without having to dip into the pan too much. So far, I'm loving it!

Now that we've gone into detail about all the products I've picked up, here are the price/purchase details for you to get your hands on them yourself!
